Recipes and diet tips

I don't mean to brag, but I'm a bit of a gourmet chef* in my spare time. I'm also an expert dietologist*, so this week I combine my two skills to bring you a blog post on the subject of recipes and diet tips.

* Actual truth may vary.

1) Here's a recipe for how to prepare tofu:

Step 1: Throw it in the bin.
Step 2: Grill some meat.

2) Diet tip: Eat food off other people's plates. Those are their calories, so they don't count.*

* Actual truth may vary.

3) Here's one of my own personal favourite recipes.

I call this dish, "A serving of exquisitely crafted pommes frites, boasting a crisp, golden exterior and a tender, fluffy interior, a true miniature slice of paradise!"

4) You can lose weight by balancing slices of bread on your head.

It's a loaf hat diet.

5) No grill? No problem.

Legal disclaimer: Ink is harmful when consumed, so don't try this at home! Or indeed anywhere.

6) Diet tip: The centre of a doughnut is 100% fat free!

7) Here's how to burn 800 calories in thirty minutes...

Bonus pizza joke:

"What do you call a pizza in the shape of a cookie?"
"A pizza."

8) Have you noticed that there are never any leftover recipes for chocolate?

9) If you're looking for motivation to lose weight and get fit, then this next photo is the perfect inspiration.

The photo was taken in Tokyo Park and the guy is Ken Mitsuwashi. He's 35 and has two children. He never runs. He never exercises. He sleeps late. He eats whatever he wants. He drinks beer every night. You might be asking, "What's his secret? How does he get such a body?" Well, he doesn't have any secret. Ken Mitsuwashi is the man sitting in the bottom left of the photo. As for the man in the centre of the photo, I'm not sure what his secret is. Probably exercise and a healthy diet.

10) Finally, I'm two days into my diet, so to eliminate temptation, I've already removed all the junk food from my fridge.

It was delicious!
