Photoshopped or real? (part 2)

It's been quite some time since I last featured a 'photoshopped or real' post on the Charles Fudgemuffin blog. That means it's time once again for readers to dust off their detective skills, take a look at the following photos and decide whether they're genuine original photos, or whether they've been embellished with a touch of photoshop skills.

1) Abraham Lincoln

First off, here's a rare selfie of Abraham Lincoln.

I know you're probably thinking, 'That's definitely photoshopped!'.

But here's the thing. It can't be, because photoshop hadn't even been invented back then!

Photoshopped or real?

2) Doberfrog

Next up, here's a rare breed of animal that most people may not have ever heard of. It's the doberfrog!

The doberfrog.

If you're wondering what noise it makes, it's a cross between a 'ruff' and a 'ribbit'. Ruffit!

But is it real, or has it been digitally altered?

Photoshopped or real?

3) The Thieving Tower Of Pisa

The two tourists in the next photo have decided to steal the Leaning Tower of Pisa in their backpack.

Thieving the Tower of Pisa.

But has the photo been edited, or is it just sneaky camera trickery?

Photoshopped or real?

4) Please speed up

I like to feature amusing road signs on the Charles Fudgemuffin blog from time to time, and here's another road sign which made me smirk.

"Just speed up a bit."
"You got this."

It looks perfect for a scene from a James Bond movie, but is it a genuine photo?

Photoshopped or real?

5) Green apples

You might not be aware of this, but according to one girl on twitter, you can apparently get green apples! Wow! Who would have ever believed it!?

She even took the time to post a photo of a green apple for proof...

"I never knew there were green apples ??"

But is she telling the truth, or has she just sneakily photoshopped a red apple to make it look green?

Photoshopped or real?

6) Impressive diet

Finally, this next lady's diet was so impressive that she even lost a tattoo!

Surely it must be real though, because she's wearing the same pyjama bottoms.

Scroll down the page to find out which photos were real, and which photos were produced with devious photoshopped shenanigans...

Answers:

As incredible as it sounds, yes, you can actually get green apples! Wow!

That means numbers 3 and 5 were real photos. All the others were sneakily photoshopped!

N.B. Technically speaking, although the photo of the green apple is genuine, I did nevertheless photoshop out the identity of the person who tweeted the photo of the green apple, so as I'm feeling in a generous mood award yourself a point whatever you said for question 5.

How did you do?

5-6  Well done! Your detective skills are as impressive as the tattooed lady's diet!
2-4  Not bad, but there's room for improvement.
0-1  You wouldn't recognize a photoshop if someone painted it neon orange and placed it under a sign saying 'This is a photoshop!' in massive letters.
7 or more  Wow! That's amazing. Sadly, however, there were only six questions, so either you can't count, or you're a devious cheat. Or perhaps both.
